1. How do I add credit to my account (Topping Up)?
When you log into your account using your ID/email address and password, click on the "Topping Up" link. Select the amount you want to top up to your account, then you will proceed to the payment section or you can smilpy click the auto-top up at that time, if youu have set this up.
How to set up auto-top up?
You will have this auto-top up request option when you come to make a payment, if there is not auto-top up set up on your account before the end of the transaction you will be given the option to add this service. If already set up you will have the option to edit the auto-top up details.
How do I change my password?
You will need to log into your account first then on your My Account welcome page to the right of the password is an edit icon, all you will need to do is just click on the edit icon and amend your details that open, you will be asked to retype the current password and out in a new password and re-confirm what you have chosen. (Please ensure that the password includes 2 numbers).
How do I change my email address?
You will need to log into your account first then on your My Account welcome page to the right of the email address is an edit icon, all you will need to do is just click on the edit icon and amend your details that open, you will be asked to re-confirm the new email address.
How do I change my account number?
This number is assigned to you when you first sign up for the service, for security you are unable to change your account number unless you cancel your account and open a new account.
What happens if I don't use the minumber?
If the minumber on your account is not used for 30 days we will send you a email reminder to find out if you still require that minumber, if not the number will be removed but any credit on your account will remain.
How do I change an international number?
When you log into your account using your ID/email address and password
How do I change the name on my account?
All requests for name changes need to be in writing and sent to support@minumber.com.
Please include copy of the appropriate documentation. (Examples of documentation: Marriage certificate, Divorce decree)
Will I get confirmation when I make any changes to my account?
Yes. Account change confirmation will be sent to your listed email address to enhance the security of your account.
2. To make a call
Once your credit/debit card or PayPal payment is accepted, you can begin using minumber immediately! During the signing up process you should already have one minuber assigned you chosen number.
1. The minumber will be listed for you on your My Account page and Manage My Number page
2. Simply enter the minumber into your phone (not the 10 digit plus international number)
3. And hit your call button
4. After or before the call simply save the number into your phone contacts ready to be used again with no more codes or pin details to enter!
5. You can also edit the Name of the minumber on your online account to match the name you have in your phone
IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!
Can change the international number
Yes you can change the international number at anytime, just log into your Accounts and click the edit icon next to the listed international number and just change the number.
3. How can I connect?
You can access any of these services via broadband technology or any similar technology. We will supply you with settings that will allow you to configure your VoIP phone or PBX.
4. What are the benefits of using the VOIP system?
Any calls on our system are free you only pay for calls to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) These calls are at a much reduced rate. Please see the Rate Calculator.
